Foundation
We inspect for foundation cracks, movement, and any type of deficiency.
Roof
We walk most roofs and if we can’t for safety reasons I inspect from a ladder.
Structure
The structure of the home is the walls, ceiling, and roof framing that keeps your home sturdy and solid.

Electrical
The Electrical system is inspected from the service conductors (city electrical supply) to every switch outlet, and fixture available for inspection.
Plumbing
Water supply pressure, meter and shut off location, and plumbing material used during construction are all reported on.
HVAC
The HVAC system is the heating and cooling of the home. We inspect the condenser unit (outside) and the air handler and heater unit (inside) equipment.
Appliances
All Kitchen appliances are tested for proper installation and function. The disposer, dishwasher, cook top and oven, Microwave, and range vents are all tested.
Grading
Grading and Drainage is the ability of the homes exterior to move rain water away from the foundation in a effective way.
Termites
All homes and buildings should be inspected for termites. Pre-sale termite inspections will ensure you will have time to treat and repair before you purchase.
Driveway and Fences
We walk the property inspect and report driveways, walkways, and fence deficiencies.
